We're so excited to do this again
From the team that brought you Manhattan's most exciting new steakhouse in years, comes a new adventure.
Announcing -Vinile Chophouse- an Italian inspiration by Vinyl Steakhouse. Vinile (the Italian word for a vinyl record) will be the same industry busting approach Vinyl Steakhouse took to NYC's Steakhouse scene. Replacing the bowties and white table clothes of classic Italian dining lore, and replacing it with a sexy Italian chic vibe, backed up by our award winning prime steaks and vinyl spinning ambiance. Taking over the former home of Michelin Star Chef George Mendes, Aldea- this space will feature two private dining rooms, an intimate exclusive chef's table and a stunningly gorgeous yet intimate bar scene. Chef Joseph Roperti will bring to 17th St. an incredible menu consisting of Italian sushi, caviar, premium raw bar, handmade pastas & of course....steak. The restaurant will feature daring and creative chops & wild game in addition to the Prime Steaks. The "Come As You Are" approach and non pretentious hospitality procured by husband and wife owners and Sommelier duo will be perfectly in place just as their neighboring Vinyl Steakhouse. Come join us while we spin Italian & Italian American Vinyl Albums (housing NYC's largest restaurant collection of Frank Sinatra), and allow us to treat you like royalty in our house.
